Jetnovo provides a flight search platform that allows you to:

• Search for flights by entering origin, destination, and travel dates
• Compare prices from hundreds of airlines and travel partners
• View flight options with prices, airlines, and schedules
• Click through to partner websites to complete bookings

Jetnovo does NOT:

• Sell flights or process payments
• Handle bookings or reservations
• Provide customer support for bookings
• Issue refunds or handle cancellations
• Provide travel insurance or advice

3. Third-Party Partners

When you click on a flight result, you will be redirected to one of our trusted partners. These include:

• Airlines: Direct bookings with airlines (e.g., Delta, United, Ryanair, EasyJet)
• Online Travel Agencies (OTAs): Booking.com, Kiwi.com, Expedia, etc.
• Metasearch engines: Aviasales, JetRadar, etc.

Your relationship, contract, and all transactions are with these third-party partners. Jetnovo has no control over:

• The accuracy of prices or availability shown
• The booking process on partner sites
• The quality of service provided by partners
• Changes, cancellations, or refunds

Each partner has its own terms of service and privacy policy. We encourage you to review them before booking.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Jetnovo participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means:

• When you click on a flight result and book through our partners, we may earn a commission
• This does not affect the price you pay - the price is the same whether you book through us or directly
• We are transparent about this and appreciate your support
• Our affiliate relationships help us keep Jetnovo free for all users

We are a participant in the Aviasales affiliate program, Booking.com affiliate program, and other travel affiliate programs.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Jetnovo, you agree to:

5.3 Contact Partners Directly

For any issues with your booking (cancellations, changes, refunds, baggage, etc.), contact the airline or booking platform directly. Jetnovo cannot assist with these matters.

5.4 Comply with Laws

Use our website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your travel complies with entry requirements, visas, and other regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Jetnovo for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape our website or extract data
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the site, including overloading servers
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Using the site for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities

Jetnovo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Warranties regarding the quality or availability of flights shown

We do not warrant that:

• Flight prices shown are accurate or available at the time of booking

Flight prices and availability change rapidly. The information we show is based on real-time data from our partners but may not always reflect the most current availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetnovo and Opentrading B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Booking issues, including cancellations, changes, or refunds
• Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the site
• Any claims related to third-party partners or their services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, as our service is free).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jetnovo, Opentrading B.V., and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
